Processing may take up to four business days, NOT including the day you ordered. The overall process may take up to 1 full week. You will be notified, via e-mail, once your order is ready to be shipped. 

How long does shipping take?

After processing, it takes 2-3 days for your order to be received. Orders do NOT ship out on Sundays or Holidays.

Can I make changes to my order?

Because the processing and shipping are done so rapidly, the orders cannot be altered once the payment is made.

Lost Shipment?

If your hair becomes lost in transit. Please contact us immediately. We will be sure to take care of any issues to the best of our abilities! Be mindful, that once we deliver your order to the post office, we no longer have control over the package. However, D'or has your best interest at heart! We will see to it that you receive your order!
